The worm gear reducer is made of S45C medium carbon steel, hardened and thermally treated, with teeth ground to 300 or more, and the worm gear is made of SCM440 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, tempered and high-frequency treated, with teeth ground.

The worm gear is made of high quality ALBC3 aluminum bronze, with high quality wear resistance.

The body shell is made of high strength FC-20 gray cast iron.

Application description.

    RV reducer in outdoor operation, to do a good job to prevent sun, impact and rain measures. rv reducer to be placed in the center of the flat or rigid support surface, and avoid all around the predictable boom, the best pre-tighten the foot bolt with washers. The lubricant used in worm gear reducer is WA460 or G-N460W. RV reducer case should be kept with sufficient lubricant and checked on a regular basis. The output shaft of RV reducer should be pressed into the shaft end screw hole when installing pinion, coupling or pulley, and hammering is strictly prohibited. The oil should be changed again after 150 hours of initial operation. The subsequent oil change cycle is about 4000 hours.
