2, regularly check the quantity and quality of oil, save enough smooth oil, timely exchange of oil mixed with impurities or metamorphosis.

3, the amount of oil injection must be requested in accordance with the table, different brands of oil to stop mixing, the same trademark and different viscosity of oil allowed to mix;.

4, reducer operating environment temperature of -40 ° C to +40 ° C, when the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ° C, before starting smooth must be heated to more than 0 ° C or choose low freezing point of the smooth oil.

Five, pay attention to matters

1, no gravity hammering reducer shell to prevent damage.

2, regular maintenance of the installation of the root, seals, drive shaft, etc. can be normal.

3, such as normal operation, the maximum temperature of the smooth oil should be less than 85 ° C. Oil temperature temperature change abnormal, abnormal noise and other phenomena, should be immediately shut down to check, after excluding other problems, the main can continue to use;.
